Digimon Con 2023 Makes Prodigious Return in February

Digimon Con 2023

Digimon Con 2023 is nearly here as the event for celebrating the Digimon franchise is set to begin next month. This celebration will be available to fans worldwide as the event will be live-streamed for all to participate. The Digimon convention will host various content including panels, tournaments, live performances, and highlighting upcoming products and releases. The selection of content for the event has been teased on the official website, with more details released soon.

What is Digimon Con?

Digimon Con is a special celebration for fans that have been supporting the franchise around the world. The Livestream gifts the global audience with sneak peeks at the latest and upcoming releases from the various platforms that Digimon can be found on. This includes the popular trading card game, the vital bracelet line, the Digimon anime series, and various video game titles. Last year, Digimon Con 2022 also included an English and Japanese version of the event to allow viewers to fully enjoy the experience.

Last year Premium-Bandai offered a free-shipping coupon to celebrate the event. Fans should not be surprised if Premium Bandai does so once again, especially with the huge lineup of products expected to be announced during this year’s convention. Hopefully, there will also be pre-order bonuses and discounts on previous items. Maybe even the continuation of the Digivolving Spirits Line. Garudamon, Lilimon, and Zudomon are still without their figures. Maybe they will re-release Black Wargreyman as a CONTROL SPIRE, as they should have originally.

Long time fan of Tokusatsu fan since Power Rangers was first released in the 90s. Whereas most Superhero fans grew up with DC Comics and Marvel, my childhood was surrounded by releases from Saban Entertainment such as Beetleborgs, along with anime, and other various fads of the generation. Anime is also a great passion with Digimon, That Time I Was Reincarnated As A Slime, and Demon Slayer being significant favorites. It was the love of both Power Rangers and Digimon that led to the path of becoming a Senior Writer for The Illuminerdi.
