Six months after the series premiered and topped the Global Non-English Top 10, with 33.7M hours viewed, Netflix is finally releasing Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area Part 2! Netflix is teasing the end of its original series with a thrilling teaser that also announces the premiere date, December 9, 2022. The second half of the edge-of-your-seat heist series is less than a month away, and anticipation is building higher and higher. The teaser shows Professor (Yoo Ji-tae) struggling to safely escape with the money while being committed to show the world who the real thief is. Numerous threats still lurk in front of them and the joint task force realizes that there is an influential force aiding the heist team outside of the mint. A new character, SEOUL(Im Ji-yeon), that is unique to Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area appears in front of the endangered heist team.

The teaser poster, down below, captivates the viewers with a motorcycle that is making a lunge towards the armed police with the United Korea Mint (UKM), heist members and hostages at the back. Curiosity is heightening about the motorcycle that will become a clue that will lead into another story that will play out for the heist team and the hostages inside the mint.

For anyone who isn’t shaking in anticipation, there is plenty of time to binge through the first six episodes of Part 1 on Netflix. For the ambitious and unknowing, they can watch the series that gave birth to this one, Money Heist, originally known as La Casa de Papel, also. The original series is 48 episodes broken into five parts. In total it’s only 54 episodes of television, with an option documentary on the impact of the series in 28 days. That’s less than two episodes a day.
