In the world of the Power Rangers Lightning Collection, news can drop from basically anywhere.

Historically during the summer months it has been common for overseas retailers to be the first to receive shipments of certain releases before they reach the US, or before Hasbro can reveal that they exist at all. That has happened this morning for the upcoming release of the Metallic Armor White Ranger from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 3.

METALLIC WHITE COMPLETES THE POWER RANGERS TEAM

Thanks to Malaysian retailers MyToy and Just In Hunts we can now get a first look at the Metallic Armor White Ranger figure. Ever since 2020 Hasbro was been releasing the MMPR team a second time with translucent and sparkly plastic that recreates the appearance of the Metallic Armor the Rangers gained at the end of Season 3.

Each of these releases so far has been an exclusive to Hasbro Pulse in the US and the same is assumed to be the case for Metallic White here.

Thanks to Twitter user @KidMtheman we can see a closer look at the box for this release as well as the accessories the figure comes with. Just like the other Metallic Armors the figure’s weapon, Saba in this case, is also done in the same plastic style as the rest of the figure. All of the Metallic releases have seen Hasbro redo the civillian head of the character it represents and that is present on Tommy Oliver here as well.

One of the best accessories this figure comes with is the completed and assembled Zeo Crystal. This goes very well with the other Metallic releases as each of those came with the individual pieces of the split apart Zeo Crystal that plays an important role in the Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers mini-series at the end of Season 3.

Thanks to @EdwinCh86454558 on Twitter we can also get a great look at the entire Metallic Armor MMPR team now that it’s complete!

At this current time Hasbro has yet to show off this figure in any official capacity and it is unknown how much the figure will cost and when are where it will be sold for US fans.
