It’s time to return to the Ice Age! Disney+ Day is in full swing this morning, as Disney continues to unveil their new announcements.
The teaser trailer for The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild has just been released, and it gives us a brand new look at the new spinoff of the Ice Age franchise, featuring popular character Buck Wild, voiced by Simon Pegg.

The series will take viewers back to the Lost World and will feature the return of the main colorful cast of characters, including Manny the Mammoth, Sid the Sloth, and Diego the sabretooth tiger.
The Ice Age Is Back
Fans of the franchise may be surprised to learn this story is coming, seeing as Disney dissolved Blue Sky Studios – the creators of the series – earlier this year. But it seems all is not lost for Buck and his friends, and viewers will get at least one more trip back to prehistoric times.
Ice Age: Adventures of Buck Wild follows the quirky possum brothers, Crash and Eddie (voiced by Seann William Scott and Josh Peck respectively), as they make their way back to the dinosaur-laden cavern where the swashbuckling weasel Buck (Simon Pegg) lives. This will be another in a long line of offshoots that began with 2009’s Dawn of the Dinosaurs.
