WandaVision may be the name on Marvel fans’ lips right now, but the studio’s second Disney+ series won’t be far behind. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will follow MCU fan-favorites Sam Wilson (aka the Falcon) and Bucky Barnes (aka the Winter Soldier) as they navigate life beyond the original Captain America, Steve Rogers, and figure out the future of the mantle…and the shield that goes with it.

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Super Bowl Trailer

After a brief look at the series on Disney’s Investor Day back in December, a new two-minute trailer has dropped, along with a 30-second spot during the Super Bowl.

The previous trailer gave fans an overview of one of the series biggest questions: who will wield the shield? (That of course being the Captain America shield.) This one doesn’t really have a “theme” so much as highlights the relationship between the two leads. It starts and ends in an office with a woman who appears to be a psychologist encouraging the two of them to open up about their issues with each other, and concludes with Sam and Bucky having a staring contest in the office.

In between, we get snippets of plenty of action scenes, and most notably our first look at Sharon Carter in the series. We also hear an audio clip of Baron Zemo claiming he is still against the idea of superheroes running around and apparently wants to finish what he started back in Captain America: Civil War.
