Unfortunately for many, Microsoft store hasn’t been the best platform for PSO2 to launch due to a glitch on MS store that caused the installed files to be deleted after the computer has been restarted. This glitch has been caused many issues for players and, of course, meant that a decent portion of potential players was unable to play after one session.

So far, this issue has yet to be officially resolved. However, with the game now being released on Steam, the game should benefit by the well-known, and commonly used, video game digital distribution service.

With it now being put on Steam, the installation issue should now be a thing of the past and those affected will finally be able to enjoy the title as they normally would.

Long time fan of Tokusatsu fan since Power Rangers was first released in the 90s. Whereas most Superhero fans grew up with DC Comics and Marvel, my childhood was surrounded by releases from Saban Entertainment such as Beetleborgs, along with anime, and other various fads of the generation. Anime is also a great passion with Digimon, That Time I Was Reincarnated As A Slime, and Demon Slayer being significant favorites. It was the love of both Power Rangers and Digimon that led to the path of becoming a Senior Writer for The Illuminerdi.
