April was a big month for video games, and not just because the Final Fantasy VII Remake was released. But Final Fantasy VII Remake sure was the best-selling game last month, breaking even its own record.
The NPD Group, responsible for tracking the sales of video games and other products, released the video game sales for April. Their data revealed that Final Fantasy VII Remake was the best-selling game of the month, and that it also set a new franchise record.

June is coming up, and so is the release of the biggest anticipated game for the PS4 and PS4 Pro: The Last Of Us Part II. That game should and probably will see a lot of units get sold, since fans have been waiting over 4 years for it to release.
