Stephanie Beatriz known for her work on the NBC sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine has started campaigning for the role of Batwoman. This comes after the role was left vacant when series star Ruby Rose left the show yesterday.
Beatriz took to Twitter yesterday expressing her interest in the role.
Beatriz may have a pretty decent advantage for the role considering her aforementioned role in Brooklyn Nine-Nine as Rosa Diaz. Diaz is described as a smart, tough, aloof, and mysterious detective which seems to fit the Kate Kane role pretty well.

She also looks the part. Fans have already started to make fan art of what Beatriz could look like if she were to don the cape and cowl. May I say it looks pretty awesome!

Yesterday it was announced that Batwoman star Ruby Rose would be leaving the show after just one season. This comes only two days after the show’s series finale, where they (kind of) introduced the Arrowverse’s version of Bruce Wayne.
