The Marvel Cinematic Universe is gearing up for their collection of Disney+ shows, and one of them just may include the famed Nick Fury. While the excitement has already been buzzing, how would the fans react if that certain super spy were to appear?
While speaking with Extra about his Netflix series Altered Carbon, Anthony Mackie discussed the chances of Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury popping in the upcoming Disney+ series The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
Anthony Mackie Wants Nick Fury Around
“I hope so,” the actor responded, before joking: “I heard Falcon becomes Sam Jackson, that’s what I heard, so that’s what I’m hoping for.” He continued on. “We ain’t finished shooting yet, so I hope he just show up one day and bless us with his presence.”
We saw Fury at the funeral for Tony Stark in Avengers: Endgame as well as in Spider-Man: Far From Home, where we found out that he is on a vacation through the cosmos while Skrull Talos takes his place on earth.
As fun as it would be for Fury to enjoy a beer with Bucky and Sam, the action in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier will be more than enough to hold over fans.
